This is incredible! It is a gorgeous Vintage Ladies black velvet skirt from the 1950's. It has a metal zipper in the back and a top button. Small slit at the back hem. The top band of the skirt is meant to fit high on the waist. The skirt has pleating in the front. It is a narrow, slim cut through the hips and leg area. So flattering on the body. The skirt is made of black cotton velvet, which is such a nice quality material velvet.

There is no size tag but it runs like a Small/XS.
Waist is 24" around. (model has a 26" waist and was unable to zip all the way)
Hips fit 36-38" around.
Skirt is 30" long.

This is in Excellent Condition! The metal zipper is working great and is original.
