This is a lovely and rare Vintage 1980's Betsey Johnson black velvet Victorian inspired dress with her old purple punk rock label!
It is a deep black textured velvet with�dramatic puffy mutton style sleeves and�back zipper.

Size Medium, will also fit a Small.� Bust is 34-35 inches around, waist 28-29 inches around, hips 36-37 inches.� The dress is 35 inches long.� 100% rayon velvet.� Dry clean only. There is hardly any stretch to the velvet.� In excellent condition - appears unworn!
