This is INCREDIBLE!!! I acquired this a few years back at an antique store and have no idea of its actual age, but it is breathtaking and I have never seen another like it.
The ring is a hair over 1 1/2" long!!!
Size 6 1/2.
It has a raised dark red ruby faceted, rectangular stone.� The stone is so dark it almost looks black but in the light you see the deep red color.� The stone setting is 12mm x 19mm.� It is immaculate, no chips or scratches anywhere on the stone.� High polish smooth finish with faceted sides.� There are 44 genuine Marcasite stones in this setting - NONE are missing. This is quality jewelry, with so much detail!� There is even detail on the backside of the ring.

This is from the 1940's or later.
