This is a very unique Vintage black dress.
It dates to the 1970's and is made of black polyester.
It is a fitted style with a draped front and back with a criss cross pattern in the open back area.
There are little white loops at each side of the waist if you wanted to wear a belt with it. No belt included. You could also just snip them off.
Designer label inside is "Jackie O, Division of Surf and Turf of California".

Marked Vintage Size 7.
* Bust: 32-34 inches around.
* Waist: 26-28 inches around.
* Hips: 34-36 inches around.
* 30 inches long from shoulder to hem.

The dress is in Excellent condition with only a couple of minor pulls to the fabric - underneath the back draping area so it wouldn't be seen when worn.
