This is incredible! It is a gorgeous black velvet skirt that zips up the side of the waist. It is very fitted then flares out along the knee area in a little ruffle shape. The hemline is trimmed in black lace. The front of the skirt has two black lace panels up the length of it and the back has adjustable criss-cross satin lacing up each side of the back of the skirt. The lacing is fully adjustable. This skirt is meant to HUG the body, in almost a hobble style. So beautiful and unique.
