This is a gorgeous�Vintage Ladies�Victorian style black lace blouse with high collar�and puffed shoulders.��I am unsure of its exact age though it is at least 30 years old.� Long sleeves to the wrist, with a peplum hemline.� Sheer black lace with a gorgeous pattern to the lace.� Buttons all the way up the front with petite black round faceted buttons.� There are 20 original buttons, though there should be 23 of them, 3 will need to be replaced.� You can purchase this style button at most sewing shops.� The buttons on this are gorgeous!� No tag though it runs like a Small.� 34" bust.� This is in Excellent condition!�
