This is a lovely and rare Vintage 1980's Betsey Johnson black velvet Victorian inspired dress with her old purple punk rock label!
It is a deep black textured velvet with dramatic puffy mutton style sleeves and back zipper.

Size Medium, will also fit a Small.  Bust is 34-35 inches around, waist 28-29 inches around, hips 36-37 inches.  The dress is 35 inches long.  100% rayon velvet.  Dry clean only. There is hardly any stretch to the velvet.  In excellent condition - appears unworn!
