This is a gorgeous Vintage Ladies ivory polyester blouse with high collar and ruffle trim up the front. Looks and feels like silk. Buttons all the way up front and also on the cuffs. One button missing on one cuff. Made by Ellen Tracy. Size 4. Bust is 37 inches around. This is in Excellent condition! The button is an easy fix! This would look gorgeous with a black velvet vest or a black underbust corset!
