This is a gorgeous quality black genuine leather Ladies skirt. Back zipper with small slit up the back. Fully lined inside. This would look so sexy with the perfect black heels and some fishnets. Designer tag reads 'Ruth Wagner'. The softeset leather I've ever felt! The skirt is marked vintage size 8. Waist is 26 1/4" around. Hips are 37" around. Skirt is 31" long. This is in excellent condition!!
