This is a gorgeous Vintage Ladies blouse with puffed 3/4 length sleeves, high button neck and in a black and ivory striped print.  This is so Steampunk! Reminds me of a Tim Burton or Legend of Sleepy Hollow garment!  Six original black buttons up the front.  This is likely from the 1970s or 80's and is in prestine condition!  Marked size Medium.  38" bust.    Appears to be a cotton blend.  Hand or machine washable.
