This is a large black canvas cargo handbag or tote bag from Old Navy.  It is a heavy black canvas material with lots of heavy duty zippers and pockets.  Inside pocket as well.  Two short handles.  Never used.  Measures 9 1/2 x 16 1/2 inches.
