This is a lovely peasant style blouse by XOXO.  It is a black lightweight sweater material with tiny white flecks going through the fabric.  Ruffled cuffs and hemline with elastic.  Little adjustable tie around the neckline.  No size marking but fits like a Small/Medium.  In excellent condition.
