This is a Vintage pair of black cotton velvet light Gaucho pants. I don't believe these to be very old but they are not recent. They have some spandex in them for stretch. Very light cords texture in the velvet. Belt loops and zip front. Slant pockets at the hipline.  Flap pockets in the back and on the legs. Buttons at the hem of the leg.  Great with a pair of knee high leather boots!
