This is a new pair of black cotton Ladies bloomers. These are incredible! My only pair like this. Elastic waist to fit most sizes S/M/L. Waist will fit 25-32" around comfortabley. They go just below the knee and have gorgeous ruffle trim and black lace with black satin adjustable ties around the knee area. New, never worn! Custom made!
