This is an absolutely gorgeous Vintage dress made by wonderful designer Jessica McClintock - one of the designers from Gunne Sax back in the day.  The dress has a high collar with black lace around the bustline and back and buttons all the way up the mid back to neck.  Then, an overlayer of a black shawl-like drape around the torso, fitted at the waist - Tight black lace button cuffs and a little sweep of the skirt around the hemline.  So gorgeous!  And so unique!
