This is a beautiful charcoal gray skirt made by Speechless.  Price tags still attached.  Zips up the side of the waist.  Flared skirt with pleats all around.   The skirt has a tattered lace and swiss dot trim around the waist and swiss dot lace peeking out the bottom of the hemline.

So sexy and different!  100% Cotton.  Marked size 3.  Waist is 28 inches around.  Skirt is 26 inches long.  This would be gorgeous with some black knee high stiletto boots.
