This is a pair of lovely pants by New York & Company.  They are a wide leg pant that zip on the side.  Gray in color wtith a gothic black velvet floral print on them. No pockets.  65% cotton, 32% polyester, 3% spandex.  Size 4.  10" rise, 28" waist, 37-39" hips, 30 1/2" inseam.  The pants are in Excellent condition!
