This is a unique black Ladies top that has a military or Steampunk look to it.  Brasstone metal buttons decorate the front in two rows.  The vest hooks to close underneath in front and one hook is missing.  Easy fix - it's near the bottom.  Black cotton blend material.  The back of the vest is a ribbed sweater material that stretches.  Size Medium.  Fits 32-36" bust.  Worn one time and in excellent condition.
