This is a gorgeous 1980's black bolero/shrug that still has the tags on it! Never worn!  It is a black damask fabric with puffed shoulders and shoulder pads.  Made by LA Glo.  Marked size 13/14 - best for a size Medium/Large.  This would look lovely over a black corset!
