This is a pair of Victorian? Black real fur cuffs that appear to have been on a coat.  You could sew these on your own coat.  They appear to be lined in black silk.  I am unsure of the type of fur but it is a silk black fur in a low pile.  Perhaps it is monkey fur?  Each cuff measures 4 x 6.5 inches.
