This is a beautiful black Ladies Vintage hat from the 1940's most likely.  The hat has an elastic chin strap.  Black shiny weaved style with a grosgrain ribbon bow on the back.  The hat also has white emboridered flowers, faux pearls and rhinestones along the ribbon in front.  In very good condition!
