This is a Vintage black velvet ladies hat with bow.  From the 1950's or 60's.  Black lining inside with black grosgrain ribbon around the interior of the hat.  The hat is in excellent condition!  This might be a child's hat because it has a very small circumference.  My head circumference is 21.5" around and it barely fits.
