This is a gorgeous Vintage mini dress from the 1960's. Gorgeous deep burgundy cotton velvet with ivory crochet collar and cuff trim. The velvet on this is top quality and so soft! Very fitted. Zips up the back. Empire waist. Designer label reads 'Parc Jrs. Petite'. No size marking but fits like a modern day Extra Small. Bust will fit 33" around. Waist is 26.5" around. Dress is 36" long. This is in excellent condition!
