This is a very unique "vintage look" black sheer lace stretch garter belt with 4 attached metal garters. Everything about this style is made to look like a real 1950's style. Adjustable hook-eye panels in back. Size 26 - that marks the waist size. Meant to be worn high on the waist. Brand new, unworn.
