This is a gorgeous Vintage dress made from black velvet material with a white crochet detail at the neck. Fitted waist. High neck. Zips up the back. Most likely from the 1980's. Designer is Scott McClintock. No size tag but fits like a Small or XS. 33" bust. 26" waist. Dress is 45" long. In excellent condition.
