This is a beautiful black open-style jacket or shrug top made by Twenty One.  Sleeves hit the elbow mark.  Size Small but will fit a Medium or Large too due to its open style.  Longer in front than back.  28" long in back, 38" in front.  Gently worn twice and in excellent condition.
