This is a Vintage black metal-frame umbrella, most likely from the 1960's.  The material appears to be silk.  There is a little wear to the fabric, but overall in excellent condition.  Bamboo-look handle.  Opens and closes very well and has snap closure on the outside. 28 1/2 inches long.  This umbrella was made to last!
