Vintage Black Velvet Beret w/Rhinestone Brooch




This is a Vintage black velvet beret style hat. It has a sewn-on rhinestone brooch at the top. There is also an attached strap that appears stretched out. Could be removed or replaced. The hat functions fine without it. Probably from the 50's or 60's.
