This is a very cute collectible! A white ceramic Victorian boot with a hanger to hang as a Christmas ornament or anywhere in your house. It has punched holes in it and a hole at the bottom of the boot about the size of a dime with a rubberized cover. My best guess is you can fill this with some sort of scented herb or incesne or potpourri and it serves as a "scent diffuser". 5 3/4" high. In perfect condition! I have no idea of its age.
