Burlesque Black Feather Tilt Hat Veil




Lovely victorian hat made of 100% wool on base and netting around brim. This hat is trimmed all around with black roses, and and black ostrich feather on one side, accented with a large black feather plume. Tulle in black gathered at the back and hangs down approx. 30". Large black netted veil covers the face and can be pushed back over the head. One size fits all. Hat measures approx. 13" across from front of hat to back gathered tulle. There is a large comb sewn into the underside of the hat to clip it to your hair. So gorgeous!
