This is a beautiful simple black Ladies Vintage hat from the 1940's?  Designer tag inside is "Eva Mae".  Made of black Wool.  It also has a tag that says "Adjustable Head Size", but it's very small, about 19 1/2" around, so I think it's meant to be worn tilted on the head. The hat is in Excellent condition!!!
