This is a gorgeous Vintage Ladies long black velvet skirt. This is from the 70's or 80's. The skirt has an elastic waist. Full length skirt with a slight flare to it, though mostly a "straight cut". Desginer tag reads "Ellen Ashley".

The size tag reads Small. I model all of the clothing and I am a size 2 and it fits perfectly. The skirt is very stretchy.
Waist will fit 26-28" around.
Skirt is 38" long.

This is in Excellent Condition - appears unworn! Perfect with a corset and black blouse.
Great for a Steampunk or Victorian ensemble.
