This is a gorgeous Vintage Ladies velvet skirt that comes to below the knee. Most likely from the 70's or 80's. Zips up the back with a top button. The skirt has a slight flare to it. Made from COTTON velvet which is such a nice quality material velvet. Designer tag reads "rrrrRuss, division of Russ Togs Inc.".
