This is a beautiful brand new skirt, new with price tag. Made by Notations. Zips up the side of the waist. Black sheer velvet flocked floral print over a black nylon lining. Very flowy and feminine. The hem comes to little "points" in the fabric. Very witchy looking!
Material is Rayon.

Marked size Small.
I am modeling the skirt and being a size 2, it fits me very well with a little room to spare.
Waist will fit 27-28" around.
Skirt is 26" long.
