This is a very rare skirt from Lip Service. This is new/old stock, meaning it's about 10 years old but brand new, unworn. It still has the price tag.

The skirt is from their gorgeous "Quoth The Raven" line. Made of a luxurious thick cotton velvet QUALITY material. It's material like you'd see to upholster a piece of furniture with! Deep purple and black damask print.

This is a hi-waisted skirt with a corset-laced top. Zips up the back. Meant to fall right under the bust area. Very long, hobble/straight cut to it and flares out at the bottom, just like a mermaid. :)

Marked size Petite and it runs VERY small. (I am modeling the skirt in a size Medium which is not for sale.)

High waist is 24" around - remember this measurement must fit around your ribcage

Natural waist is 25" around

Hips are 33-34" around

The skirt is 44" long (from the ribcage)
