This is a gorgeous Vintage Ladies long black COTTON velvet skirt. Cotton velvet is such a superb quality in comparison to most other velvets. You can tell immediately the difference, it's thicker and smoother to the touch. Most likely from the 60's or 70's. This has an elastic waist. Full length skirt with a slight flare to it, though mostly a "straight cut".

The size tag reads '12', though that is Vintage sizing. By today's standards this will fit a Small, Medium or Large due to the elasticized waist. I model all of the clothing and I am a size 2 and there was room to spare.
Waist will fit 26-31" around.
Skirt is 47" long.

This is in Excellent Condition - appears unworn! Perfect with a corset and black blouse.
Perfect with a Steampunk or Victorian ensemble.
