This is On The Loose shimmering powder by L'Oreal.  Full size, .07 ounces.  This is loose powder that you apply with a makeup brush - wet the brush to really bring out the pigment in the color.  This is for those who dare to be noticed! Gorgeous color!  (brush not included)
