This is a pair of silverplated twist style candle holders.  They hold a taper sized candle.  8 inches high.  Label underneath reads "International Silver Co. Handmade Silverplated".  There is some tarnish on them, but I will leave it up to the buyer to clean. Any silver polish and cloth should clean these up very nicely.
