This is a gorgeous summery top in a black and green plaid print. Smocked bustline with a tie around the neck, or could be tied in the center of the bust in a bow. Flowy, long body to the top. Great with capri pants. 100% Cotton - perfect for hot days. 28" long. Bust will fit 32-34" around. I don't think this was ever worn. No tags.
