This is a new dress by Jeannie Nitro. This is a gown that is no longer being made by Jeannie Nitro - a RARE FIND!  The skirt portion of the gown is made from yards upon yards of deep blood red velvet.  The top portion is a Red and Gold Asian / Chinese Dragon Brocade satin fabric, molded like a bodice or corset.  The gown zips up the back.  There are Red chiffon "wisps" of fabric that trail down from each shoulder.  The skirt on this is SO FULL, sweeping 230"+ around the skirt!!!  This gown would only benefit even more from an added hoopskirt underneath!!  The bodice is trimmed in matching red braid trim.  Great for a gothic ball, fetish club or a Halloween costume party! This dress has it all!! The gown is new, though the chiffon wisps of fabric have a couple of pulls in the fabric - wouldn't even notice once it's on since the fabric folds would cover it.
