Pentagram Hanging Incense Burner



Able to be hung, swung, or stand on its own, this brass incense censer is intended for use with granular incense with a charcoal burning base. Able to be used with cone or powdered incense as well, this censer measures 7" tall and 3 1/2" in diameter at its widest point. The pentagram at the top measures just shy of 1 3/4", and is removable for additional discretion when needed. An old practice in the Roman Catholic church (still used today by some) was to burn incense in these and the priest would wave it back and forth during his sermon down the aisle. Their version was about 10 times the size of this one. :)
