This is a Vintage four strand Rhinestone choker. This is costume jewelry. Measures 15 inches around and will adjust to fit a 11-15 inch neck circumference. Meant to be worn like a choker. All stones are intact. I counted four stones that have clouded, otherwise it is in excellent condition!
