This is an incredible Vintage silvertone Owl magnifier pendant or loupe on a long silver chain.
He has blue rhinestone eyes.
I have never come across another exactly like this!
The Owl pendant including the bail measures a whopping 4 1/2 inches long.
A thick, glass monocle / loupe / magnifier that measures 1 3/4 inches across, and 2 inches across including it's decorative framework.
The chain is silvertone and measures 21 inches around. It has a clasp.
The pendant and chain are both in excellent condition!
