Toulouse Lautrec Divan Japonais Print

This is such an unusual item. It is a print of a Victorian woman all in black with a mutton sleeve gown and big plume feather hat. Called Divan Japonais. The print is mounted on a small piece of wood then mounted on a thicker, larger piece of wood. Sturdy hanger in back. The original sticker on the back says "Toulouse-Lautrec 1864-1901 Leslie Tobin Imports Philadelphia, PA". I believe this is originally from the 1950's or 1960's, since upon my research I found that Leslie Tobin Imports created some rock band concert posters/art in the 1960's. The piece measures 5 3/4 x 7 1/2 inches and the wood is 3/4 inch thick. The wood is painted black and looks as though it was originally painted a flourescent green color, evident on the edges and the back.
There is some wear to the print and some nicks, though it just adds to its charm and age.
I have never seen another like it!
