This beautiful, very large candy dish was made by the L. E. Smith company in the 1960s. It has the collectible Moon and Stars pattern, and is made in amberina glass, which is a changing color combination that fades from red to orange to yellow. One of the things L. E. Smith is known for is that every piece of glass has been produced by hand, making each piece slightly unique.

The entire piece is 7" tall. The base measures 4.5" across, and the bowl measures 8" across the top. The bowl is 3" deep. Great for candy, jewelry or as a table centerpiece to hold fruit or a floral arrangement with a candle. Very versatile! This is solid red glass all the way through and very thick!
In Excellent! condition with no cracks, chips or scratches.
