This is incredible! It is a gorgeous Vintage Ladies black velvet skirt from the 1950's. It has a metal zipper on the side with two buttons. The top band of the skirt is meant to fit high on the waist and has a scalloped detail to it in the center. The skirt is made of black cotton velvet, which is such a nice quality material velvet. This is the perfect swing dancing skirt!

There is no size tag but it runs like a Small/XS.
Waist is 23-25" around.
Skirt is 29" long.

This is in Excellent Condition! The metal zipper is working great and is original.
