This is an antique Ladies bodice from the Edwardian or Victorian era. Dates anywhere from the 1890's to 1910? It is a deep blue fabric with a heavy weight to it.  It has a slightly darker blue silk trim on the neckline and hem.  There is boning sewn inside all around the bodice.  This particular bodice has amazing, very full Mutton style sleeves! I am in love with the sleeves on this!!  There is actually two layers of fabric in the sleeve area and also feels like there is some sort of stiffer fabric inside the composition of the upper sleeve area to really give them a 'puff'.
All of the decorative buttons on this are present.  All original hooks appear to be present as well.
This is over 100 years old, so it does have minor wear, fraying, but overall I'd say this is in remarkable condition for its age!  This would be perfect for a gothic modeling shoot or to add to your Victorian collection.

The sizing is such that it could fit a modern-size woman.  You should have a 28-30" bust and 22-23" waist to wear this.
